@Van , yo really do believe the cow dung of this video ... Dont u ??.. .. .. . 1) The rocket starts by going vertically UP. Perpendicular to the earth's surface. .. .. .. . .. 2) Then it takes a left turn ... thats what it appears to people on Earth. .. . .. .. .. . 3) But from the top rocket camera the rocket seems to be also moving to the left. This is WRONG. It should be moving towards the right. .. . . . 4) Then it moves parallel to the Earth... . .. .. 5) Then it again does some 180 degree turn , moves forward a little & again the nose points back to the sky.. . .. . .. . 6) Then it appears to descend down. .. .. . . .. 7) But at no stage do u see the speed becoming ZERO. How the heck is that even possible? .. . .. . . 8) Even the initial descent velocity is around 20k kmph. This is not possible because the rocket will slowly build up the descend speed. This is because its not descending because of the engines but because of G gravity & the rockets huge mass. .. . .. . This is why this video seems like bullshit. People with less common sense believe any cow dung

Month ago
Van's Videos
Van's Videos

+Sachin Ki if you look closely, you can see it at 7:56-ish that is boosts its thrusters to turn it around. Do some research before commenting something stupid.

Month ago
Sachin Ki
Sachin Ki

@Van , the rocket didn't do any 180 degree change. It went up with its nose pointing the sky & it came down the same way

Month ago
Van's Videos
Van's Videos

Sachin Ki it uses nitrogen thrusters to do a 180 and does a few entry burns.

Month ago
Sachin Ki
Sachin Ki

It is totally bullshit. Its impossible to make the rocket come backwards

Month ago
Sachin Ki
Sachin Ki

@Julian , cat got ur tongue

Month ago
Sachin Ki
Sachin Ki

+Julian, what bullshit r u talking. All the time the rocket is pointed up in the sky that means the engines can only push the rocket upwards in the sky or change direction. How the fuck does the engine move the rocket in opposite direction & also change the path ? This is WITCHCRAFT ???

Month ago
Julian Danzer
Julian Danzer

that's why it turns around, then does a boostback burn to accelerate itseöf back towards the landing pad, then turns around again for reentry though I guess if you don't even understand evolution, 4th graders physics must be a bit high

Month ago
Sachin Ki
Sachin Ki

+Julian , thats what I told u earlier also. The rocket had travelled 100s of milees away from the launch site & once the engine loses power, the rocket will fall vertically downwards. How the hell did it manage travel backwards towards the launch site ?? MAGIC ? Like Evolution? Monkeys becoming humans ?

Month ago
Julian Danzer
Julian Danzer

it's not a magic cartoon rocket that always goes wherever hte nose points - gravity will pull things down no matter where their nose points, you can look up as much as you want that won't let you levitate, and momentum will let you travel on in whichever ddirection yo were going no matter where your nose points either

Month ago
Sachin Ki
Sachin Ki

Check the speedometer--- the ascending time is more than than the descending time. How is the descending speed the same as ascending speed ? Its descending because of gravity & not because of rocket power

Month ago
Julian Danzer
Julian Danzer

around 20 tons - which makes it even slower due to air resistance over aarge relatively light object

Month ago
Sachin Ki
Sachin Ki

+Julian ... what is the weight of the rocket that was coming down ?

Month ago
Julian Danzer
Julian Danzer

so... if you slow down... then your way takes longer? back to kindergarten, learn what "slow" means

Month ago
Sachin Ki
Sachin Ki

+Julian , u r the one who is fooling urself. The descent time should be way less than the ascend time since the engines r the bottom. Engines r only reducing the speed not accelerating

Month ago
Julian Danzer
Julian Danzer

same here - back to elementary school and leanr something before making a fool of yourself

Month ago
Sachin Ki
Sachin Ki

The rocket is not going vertically up. Its slanting & hence it must be 100s of kms away from the launching site. How the fuck did it come back to the launch site ?

Month ago
Julian Danzer
Julian Danzer

that's why the rocket turns around and then back while at the top - did yo actually watch the thing?

Month ago
Sachin Ki
Sachin Ki

+Julian , where the heck is there a push. The engines r at the front side. Theoretically it can only slow down the fall , not change direction. U people have to make up so much lies to cover up 1 lie

Month ago
Julian Danzer
Julian Danzer

by pushing itself back towards the launchsite during the boostback burn and then falling on momentum - in a parabola.. like in 5th grade physics

Month ago
Sachin Ki
Sachin Ki

+Julian , what r u even talking ? When the engines stop working, the rocket must fall down vertically . How the heck does it move to the launch site ?

Month ago
Julian Danzer
Julian Danzer

by slowing down and speeing up back towards the launch site - it's called moving

Month ago
Sachin Ki
Sachin Ki

This is more bullshit than a cheap scifi movie.

actually uses very little fuel since the first stage without it's second stage payload is much lighter and the deltaV needed for the landing is tiny compared to the rest of the launch

NephilimM15
NephilimM15

Julian Danzer it was actually a rhetorical question there is no reason we should be using rocket propulsion or even fuel we are a thousand years more advanced then the public knows with the matter reactors we have now anti-gravity should no longer be science fiction but science fact

Julian Danzer
Julian Danzer

cause it's incredibly complicated ot get right and new supposrting technologies allow new things - for a rocket to be capable of reaching space it needs to be designed close to the limits of what is technically possible at all, because of the extreme amounts of fuel necessary the rocket itself must be able to lift many times its own weight (in fuel) while carrying fueltanks that can carry many times its own weight in fuel and going at speeds and temperatures so high that most normal materials would just vaporize away - so managing to make one sturdy enough to reuse it and perfecting its efficiency is quite the task

i dont believe that these things land in the manner shown. The way the legs come down just seconds before landing and exactly in the centre of the landing ring?? No parachute or drag drone to slow its descent?? If this is indeed possible why hasnt the US military utilised these amazing attributes, particularly as their funding is limitless.

Julian Danzer
Julian Danzer

its basic computer calculations - and well, the us military does use some similar technologies, although it is somewhat limited, the falcon 9 has it a lot easier then military vehicles because it follows a precisely planned and scheduled flightplan with only slight deviations like wind to worry about, unlike military vehicles that have to react to thusands of outside circumstances - still, if you'd ever seen a carrier landing or aerial refuelling or jsut a modern air dropped weapon... these are ofte nsimilarly complicated also... there were thousands of people watching live - like, not watching a livestream online, that was more like hundreds of thousands, but thousands of people, driving down to cape canaveral and standing there, seeing wiht their own eyes as this happened and filming with their own cameras
