Whole recipe in german language: Original Chicken Tikka Masala —— Marinade —— 150g Joghurt 1/2 TL Curcuma 1 TL Kashmiri Chili Pulver 1/2 TL Garam Masala 1 TL Salz 4 Knoblauchzehen 1 TL großes Stk.

Did this recipe today but a vegetarian version (marinaded some cauliflower steaks instead of chicken breasts) it was one of the tastiest curries I’ve had and the healthiest. Leaving the tomatoes cook gives such a rich savoury flavour. I always trust Chetna’s recipes and this is one of my favourites of hers. Thank you Chetna

What?!?! Only 800 spices, where’s the other 2000 spices?! Indian food, your bowels will pay for it for a week and nothing you eat ever again afterwards will ever taste seasoned enough. She marinated that chicken and cooked it and then said and NOW we’re going to make the SAUCE!!! I’m dead! 😵

Is good and the flavour tastes a lot like a chicken tikka Massala but still , what you wrote about the take away ? those folks are from India and their recipe is much better , also this sauce needs to be spiced up more to my personal taste , it tastes like there is not any of some nice hot pepper in there , and you got a compliment from my Indian " take away " but after making the recipe five times he stopped and went back to the Indian style , those 5 that had the recipe from here on their plate were people I knew in the local area but they did not complain the first time , second time the question was why the recipe was changed and they prefered the recipe from before , can't blame them , these people only cook on either request or their original style ! . p.s. : seriously do NOT add bellpepper at the end ! takes too much of good flavour away :-( , oh another interesting delish I tasted by accident ? switch those nuts with peanuts hahah ! tastes really nice but not like the original Indian style recipe :D
