I generally love your recipes, but the recipe you have given in the name of "Indian Chicken Curry" is complete crap. If you don't know about any cuisine , then don't give wrong information on net. First of all we never put apple in chicken curry, we use potatoes ( if you don't have that at that moment,then live it) . Secondly, ginger is a very very important ingredient in that particular recipe. Thirdly, we never use capsicum in traditional chicken curry. In traditional chicken curry we use garam masala and chopped corriender leaves. Please try to respect every cuisine in the world. As an Indian I want to request of the rectification of that video.

@jensage58 The original zuccata recipe is very long and laborious (it takes 8 days), so it would be best to purchase it, as we did (from a good pastry maker or on the internet). If you can't find it, trust me, you can replace it with long strips of candied citron or orange peel: what's important is to make a colourful decoration, the cassata won't lose its taste and originality!
