If it's something you can make by hand (like eggs, oatmeal etc.) it is probably good. If it's not like (Soda, gummy bears, etc.) it's most likely not good for you.

I have trouble getting more than 2000 calories if eating clean food. I can eat a huge luch of black beans, rice, and chicken.... And that's only 400-500 calories

When someone says eating healthy is too expensive, I encourage them to track everything they eat during the week and price it all out. Junk food, eating out, and alcohol add up, and add up super quick. It's all about tracking where your money goes. It isn't that eating healthy is more expensive, because it's not, it's that people don't want to spend their money on healthy foods.

Totally agree with all BUT, I went all in 7 months ago and still love it, no sugar , no processed foods no garbage all organic and I love it and I'm still getting to try new foods I never new existed😋 yummy yummy and I hit the gym 6 days a week. Great video and thank you. The only thing I think that could have made it even better was to advise for some micro-nutrient support too in the forms of kefir, nutritional yeast, etc. A lot of people are still buying and consuming a lot of processed junk and so they will be deficient in at least 1-3 essential nutrients, usually one or several of the B vitamins.

my whole life i ate the worst foods possible processed gmo crap almost everything was processed just tv diner stuff never worked out at all then one day i realized i could be more so ive been doing it all for a couple months now first started by just getting active i took a cinder block and i started lifting it over and over and over doing some step ups on it aswell then i found some old plates in our garage i started weighted shadowboxing then i started eating a bit less a bit healthier now im on a plan its not entirely healthy yet i still have small cheats everyday but im getting to a point where i can eventually just be and stay healthy gotta take it slow adding more vegetables and clean meat and food in general i got a barbell from my freind so i started that a couple weeks ago already loving my progress in my biceps but i gotta find a way to keep away from "boredom eating"its usually my #1 downfall but im getting to it

Might I add to the supplements comment... protein shakes. The ingredients of some of these can cause bloating in some people. Furthermore, it can take a while for your body to get used to these ingredients. Similarly, jumping on the green leafy vegetable bandwagon. These are full of valuable nutrients, but switching to a lot of vegetables too quickly can upset your intestine and again you get bloated (in other words, full of gas which can be very painful).

One of the best Fitness Channels on YouTube. With every Video I'll get one step closer to be a Buff Dude! After experiencing half a year now I started lifting freeweights... I have to say squats and deadlift are pure freedom. One of my food tips: Take care of digest-friendly food and food that is good for your stomach (not too much salt or acid, not every meal should be heavy) also you have to eatveggies and fruits even if you dont think that it will improve your gains in the moment!

Myself: I cook everyday or 2 days. I utilize a pressure cooker....I really recommend using a pressure cooker, it's healthy, cuts time in half and preserves nutrition better than any other method from my understanding. Especially if you just use water and butter along with spices rather than hydrogenated oils which really add up in calories.
